Healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you—it’s about understanding the experiences that shaped you and learning new ways to move forward. Many of us carry patterns we didn’t choose: tension in the body, shutdown, or feeling stuck in cycles that don’t match who we want to be.
Those patterns make sense. And they can change.
I use a trauma-informed, whole-person approach that blends somatic therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and supportive talk therapy. This allows us to work not just with your thoughts, but in the places your body still holds stress, survival responses, or old protective strategies.
My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and heal at a pace that feels right. Every part of you is welcome here—you don’t have to navigate your healing alone.
