You Are Not Broken.
You Are Becoming.
Healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you.
It’s about gently understanding what shaped you—and creating space for something new to emerge.
So many of us carry experiences that live not just in memory, but in the body: tension or tightness we can’t explain, a mind that never quite settles, patterns of shutdown, overwhelm, or disconnection that don’t reflect who we truly are.
These responses are not failures.
They are wise adaptations—ways your system learned to protect you. And with the right support, they can soften.
I offer a trauma-informed, whole-person approach that weaves together somatic therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and supportive conversation. Our work isn’t about pushing or fixing. Instead, we gently listen to the body, the nervous system, and the parts of you that have been carrying too much for too long.
Healing happens when you feel safe enough to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself. My role is to offer a compassionate, steady space where all parts of you are welcome and healing can unfold at a pace that feels right for you.
I often support people who are navigating:
-
Trauma and chronic stress
-
Anxiety, panic, and nervous system overwhe
- Depression, numbness, or disconnection
-
Dissociation and shutdown
-
Attachment wounds and relational patterns
-
Identity confusion, shame, and low self-worth
-
Emotional intensity, mood shifts, or feeling “too much”
-
A sense of being high-functioning on the outside, yet exhausted or disconnected inside.
-
Experiences of bipolar disorder including mood instability and nervous system extremes.
-
Experiences of psychosis or schizophrenia, approached through a trauma-informed, grounding, and stabalizing lens.
Many of these experiences share common roots in how the brain and body learned to survive. In our work together, we focus less on labels and more on restoring a sense of safety, presence, and choice—allowing symptoms to ease as your system learns it no longer has to stay on high alert.
You don’t need to have the right words.
You don’t need to know where to begin.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
